When creating any event, it is necessary to follow a concept, each one personally, and accordingly, each element must correspond to the corresponding concept.
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO DEVELOP YOUR BUSINESS IN THIS DIRECTION?

Creating a valuable restaurant is both a very difficult matter and at one point a matter of routine. In catering, every event is new, in a new place, and every time the concept is different. This is exactly the challenge for me, which prompted me to develop the business in this direction.
EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT THE ECONOMIC CRISIS. IS IT FELT IN EVENT CATERING AND IF SO, HOW ARE YOU COOPERATION?
It’s impossible not to feel like the budget could be reduced in this direction. But he believes that this is exactly what makes our clients create meaningful and conceptual events that help their business and are part of their strategy. In this aspect, I am satisfied.

I was lucky enough to start in some of the best hotels and restaurants in Sofia, but I think I learned the trade after working in France.

Constant work with the people I am involved with. We try to be a modern company and work as such, with constant training and education, I always look for the participation and passion of my team for what we do.
THERE IS A VERY CREATIVE ELEMENT IN EVENT CATERING. WHERE DO YOU GET INSPIRATION FROM?
In general, there are two directions – first, the client and his idea, and second, our experience and our vision for the specific event.
IF YOU WERE STARTING YOUR BUSINESS NOW, WHAT MISTAKES WOULD YOU AVOID?
It’s not good for a person to say that they haven’t made mistakes, but they shouldn’t look for them either, unless they’ve made super-large ones, which I hope I haven’t.
THE GLOBAL TREND SHOWS THAT CONSUMERS HAVE REDUCED THEIR SPENDING ON FOOD OUTSIDE. IF THEY STILL GO OUT TO EAT, THEY VISIT FAST FOOD. DO YOU THINK BULGARIA WILL FOLLOW THE SAME FATE?

Yes, there is such a trend, but I think people will always choose where they go and what they eat.
